Start a project
Two taps to see what I would build.
Projects start at $1,500. Nothing below sends anything until you press send.
Which track?
Pick one or both — most projects touch more than one.

- 01
A reply from me, the same day
Not an autoresponder and not a sales sequence. It is either questions, or a scope and a price.
- 02
Twenty minutes, free
A call with the person who would do the work. It ends at twenty minutes and it costs nothing, whether or not you come back.
- 03
A written scope and one fixed price
What gets built, what it costs and the date it is done by — in writing, before any money moves.
Questions people ask before they send this.
If yours is not here, ask it — the answer comes from the person who would do the work, usually the same day.
01What does a project cost?
A landing page starts at $1,500 and a full site at $4,500. A system with booking, payments, an admin panel or an app starts at $9,000. You get one fixed price for the agreed scope before anything begins — if the scope changes, the price is re-agreed in writing first.
02How long does it take?
A focused site is two to three weeks. A booking or payments system is three to five. A product or MVP is six to ten. You get a date in the proposal, and a live link you can watch from the first week.
03Who actually does the work?
Nair does the design and the build. For work that needs a genuine specialist — a native mobile developer, a motion designer, a copywriter for your market — one is brought onto the project, briefed and reviewed by the same person you are talking to. Nobody is ever quietly reassigned to your project.
04Do I own what you build?
Yes, completely. The code, the domain, the hosting and every third-party account are in your name from day one. There is no proprietary platform to leave and nothing that stops working if we part ways.
05What happens after launch?
You get a walkthrough of how to run it, plus written notes. Small changes and questions are covered for the first month. After that we agree either a monthly retainer or per-request work — never an automatic subscription you have to remember to cancel.
06Can you fix or take over an existing site?
Often, yes. Send the link and we will say honestly whether it is worth repairing or cheaper to rebuild. Rebuilding is not always the answer and we will tell you when it is not.
07Do you work with US clients from another timezone?
Yes — the studio is remote and works US hours for calls. In practice you see progress on a live link every day, and asynchronous updates mean you are never waiting on a timezone to get an answer.
08How do you handle security and my customers' data?
It is built in, not added later: strict validation on everything a browser sends, one authorisation gate rather than a check per page, hashed passwords held outside the database, and no third-party trackers. The same standard this site is held to — it is written down publicly in the repository.
Rather just write?
The form is a convenience, not a gate. av.studio.office@gmail.com reaches the same person, and so does Telegram.
