Short version: the only personal data this site collects is what you type into the brief form, and it is used to reply to you. There are no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording and no third-party scripts of any kind on this site.

What is collected

  • The brief form. Your name, email, optionally your company or current site, what you selected in the configurator, your message, and optionally a budget band and a timeline.
  • Nothing else. No account, no profile, no cookies that identify you, no fingerprinting, no data bought from or shared with anyone.

Why

To answer your enquiry and, if we work together, to run the project. That is the whole purpose. Under GDPR the legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a request you made of us, and taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

Where it is stored

In a Cloudflare D1 database attached to this site, and mirrored as a notification to the studio owner's private Telegram so an enquiry is not missed. Only the studio owner can reach the admin, which is behind a password and a passkey. Passwords are stored as a one-way hash held outside the database, so a copy of the database contains no credentials.

How long

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. Project records are kept while the project runs and for as long as tax and contract law requires afterwards.

Who else sees it

  • Cloudflare, as the hosting and database provider.
  • Telegram, which carries the notification to the owner's phone.
  • The email provider used to reply to you.
  • Nobody else. Your data is never sold, never shared for advertising, and never used to train anything.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted — including after we have spoken. Write to av.studio.office@gmail.com and it is done within 30 days, with no argument and no retention form to fill in. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Children

This site sells services to businesses and is not directed at anyone under 16. No data is knowingly collected from children.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies at all, which is why you were not shown a consent banner. The details are on the cookies page.

Changes

If the data flow changes — a new tool, a new integration — this page changes in the same release, and the date at the top moves. It is never updated retroactively to cover something that already happened.
