Privacy

Short version: this site collects the information you send in an enquiry and the minimum technical data needed to deliver the site and stop form abuse. It has no advertising pixels, audience analytics or session recording, and personal data is never sold.

Who is responsible

TigerLoom is an independent digital studio operated by Nair Avetyan. The studio is the controller of personal data submitted on this site. Privacy requests go to av.studio.office@gmail.com.

What is collected

  • The enquiry forms. Your name, email, message and, when you provide them, your company or current site, selected services, budget band and timeline.
  • Security data. Cloudflare receives ordinary request data such as an IP address, time and browser headers to deliver and protect the site. When a form is sent, the rate limiter stores a one-way keyed digest derived from the IP address, a count and an expiry time in D1. The raw IP address is not stored in the brief database.
  • Local preferences. Theme, accent, intro and scroll-restoration values stay in your browser. A live case-study preview can contact the project's own site only after you choose to load it. The cookies page lists these items in detail.

Why it is used

Enquiry data is used to answer your request and, if you decide to work with the studio, to take steps towards and perform that contract. The legal bases are those pre-contractual steps and the studio's legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, protecting the form from abuse and keeping the site reliable. It is not used for marketing profiles.

Where it goes

  • Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the encrypted brief in D1. The name, email and message are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they reach the database.
  • Telegram carries a copy of the full enquiry to the studio owner's private chat so it is not missed.
  • The email provider processes the correspondence when the studio replies.
  • Only the owner and any team member explicitly granted lead access can read enquiries. Data is never sold, shared for targeted advertising or used to train an AI model.

Cloudflare, Telegram and the email provider may process data outside your country under their own legal safeguards. Their current details are in the Cloudflare privacy policy and the Telegram privacy policy.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. Project records are kept while the project runs and afterwards only for as long as tax, accounting, contract or dispute records require. Rate-limit entries expire after no more than 24 hours and expired rows are removed as subsequent traffic reaches the form.

Your choices and rights

You can ask what is held about you, request a copy, correction, deletion or restriction, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where the law provides it, you can also request portability. Email av.studio.office@gmail.com; requests are answered without undue delay, normally within 30 days. Some information may need to be kept where the law or an active legal claim requires it.

If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to the data-protection authority where you live or work. The right to object can be exercised at any time; there is no direct marketing processing to opt out of.

Required fields and automated decisions

A name, reply email and message are required because an anonymous, empty enquiry cannot be answered. The other form fields are optional. No automated decision-making or profiling determines whether the studio will work with you.

Children

This site sells services to businesses and is not directed at anyone under 16. No data is knowingly collected from children.

Cookies and browser storage

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, which is why there is no site-wide consent banner. See the cookies page for the exact first-party values and the opt-in live previews.

Changes

If the data flow changes, this page changes in the same release and the date at the top moves. A material change will not be described retroactively as though it had always applied.
