Software
The system your business runs on.
Sites from $1,500 · systems from $4,500
- iOSApp Store
- AndroidGoogle Play
- WebAny device
- DesktopmacOS, Windows
- Accounts
- Payments
- Your data
- Automations
Three starting points, and what each one costs.
Each is a floor, not a quote: the smallest real version of that project. The final number is fixed in writing after a free call, and it never moves without you.
Landing
You sell one thing, and you need one page that sells it properly.
from$1,500fixed price
About a week
- 1 page, up to 6 sections, designed for phone first
- Copy written with you — no filler text ships
- 1 enquiry form, into your inbox and your phone within seconds
- Analytics and search basics set up, in your accounts
- 2 rounds of changes after the first design
What moves the price: A second language, a booking flow, or online payments.
Website
The site a real business runs on — pages, bookings, payments.
from$4,500fixed price
2–4 weeks
- Up to 12 pages, all of them written and designed, not templated
- Booking or payments — one of the two, wired end to end
- An editor so you can change text and images without me
- Domain, hosting and email set up in your name
- 3 rounds of changes, then 30 days of fixes at no cost
What moves the price: How many pages, whether you sell online, and how much of the writing is mine.
System
An app, a portal or an internal tool that your business depends on.
Let’s talkScoped and quoted in a call
Usually 6–10 weeks
- 1 product: iOS, Android, desktop, or a web app with accounts
- Customer records, roles and permissions — your data, your database
- Payments, subscriptions or invoicing, whichever the business runs on
- The repeated admin work moved into automations
- A written security review before it goes live, not after
What moves the price: How many people use it, what it has to connect to, and whether it goes in the app stores. Most land between $9k and $30k.
Something else
Most work does not land exactly on a package, and it does not have to. An automation, a Telegram or WhatsApp bot, a mailing that sends itself, one screen of an app that already exists — tell me what is broken and you get a scope, a fixed price and a date. Smaller jobs start at $600.
Built as code, not on a page builder.
Every site here is real code — Next.js on Cloudflare, in a repository with your name on it. It loads in under a second, it can grow into an app without being rebuilt, and if we ever stop working together you keep all of it. No monthly builder subscription, no export that breaks.
- Your repository, your hosting account, your domain
- Under a second to first paint, and it stays there
- The same codebase becomes the app when you need one
Each of these is a thing you can point at.
Take one, or take the whole system — it is built so the next piece drops in without a rebuild.

Chat bots that take real orders
Telegram, WhatsApp and site chat that book, quote and notify
AI agents that finish a job
Read the enquiry, answer it, file it, and escalate the ones that need you
Your tools, connected

Invoices, reminders, reports and follow-ups, on a schedule nobody has to remember
Documents and data, handled
Extract from PDFs, photos and emails into something you can actually sort
Built where it is cheapest to own
A no-code tool when that is right, a hundred lines of code when the tool would cost more every month than the code costs once
and whatever the job needs — the platform is chosen per job, and it is always yours.
Mobile games, built and published under your account.
Casual, puzzle, idle, arcade and 2D — on Unity or Godot, Unreal named for completeness. Never AAA, never console.
- App StoreiOS, under your account
- Google PlayAndroid, under your account
- UnityThe engine, when it fits the job
- GodotFree, MIT, no revenue share
- Web / HTML5Playable with no install
A playable prototype, in weeks
The core loop, provable before either of us commits to the full build
A full casual game
Puzzle, idle, arcade or 2D with progression — built to ship, not to demo
Economy and in-app purchases
Currencies, upgrades and offers tuned so the game earns while you sleep
Ads and monetisation
Rewarded video, interstitials and the networks that actually pay out
Store publishing, under your account
Listing, screenshots and the review process — you own the store page
Live updates and events
New levels, seasons and fixes after launch, on a schedule players notice
and whatever the game needs to feel finished — never AAA 3D, never console, never claimed to be multiplayer at scale.
Four problems, and what was built for each.
01/Presence
Look like the obvious choice before anyone speaks to you.
Most buying decisions are made before you get a call. A site that loads instantly, says one clear thing and works on a phone does more selling than any pitch. We build the front of your business so it earns the enquiry.
- Marketing site
- Landing pages that convert
- Redesign of a site that stopped working
- Social presence tied to the same system
02/Commerce & booking
Get booked and get paid without chasing anyone.
Every message you answer by hand to take a booking or a payment is margin you are giving away. We put the calendar, the checkout and the reminders on your site, so the money arrives while you work.
- Online booking and scheduling
- Payments, deposits and checkout
- Subscriptions and recurring billing
- Customer accounts and order history
03/Products
The software your business actually runs on.
When a spreadsheet stops holding the business together, the answer is a product — yours, not a rented one. We design and ship web and mobile apps, MVPs to test an idea, and the admin panels your team lives in every day.
- Web applications
- Mobile apps
- MVPs to validate an idea fast
- Internal tools and admin panels
04/Systems
Stop doing by hand what software should do.
Leads die in DMs. Data lives in four places that disagree. We connect what you already use, automate the repeated work, and put the numbers you actually decide on into one screen.
- Automations and workflows
- Integrations between tools you already pay for
- CRM that fits how you sell
- Dashboards and analytics
Proven tools, not experiments on your budget.
Everything here is something another team could pick up after us. Nothing security-critical is ever hand-rolled.
Apps
Real apps on every platform — published under your own developer account
- Apple
- Swift
- Xcode
- App Store
- Android
- Kotlin
- Google Play
- Expo
- Flutter
- Windows
- Electron
- Tauri
Also React Native, Ionic, .NET MAUI, Qt and native C++ where a project calls for it. The platform decides the tool, not the other way round.
Web
Sites and web apps that load fast and stay indexable
- Next.js
- React
- TypeScript
- Webflow
- Framer
- Shopify
Also Astro, SvelteKit, Nuxt, Remix, Vue, Angular, Laravel, Django, Rails, Tailwind, shadcn/ui and Radix — WordPress or another CMS when that is genuinely the right answer.
Data
Where your customers, orders and bookings actually live
- PostgreSQL
- Supabase
- SQLite
- Drizzle
- Prisma
- Redis
Also MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase, PlanetScale, Neon, Turso and DynamoDB — and whatever you already run, if you already run something.
Payments & messaging
Taking the money, and telling the right person it arrived
- Stripe
- PayPal
- Shopify
- Resend
- Telegram
- Gmail
Also Square, Adyen, Braintree, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus Twilio, SendGrid, Postmark, Slack and WhatsApp for the messages around them.
Hosting & health
Where it runs, and how we know before you do when something breaks
- Cloudflare
- Vercel
- Docker
- GitHub
- Sentry
- Vitest
Also AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Fly.io, Railway, Render, Netlify, Kubernetes, Playwright and Datadog.
AI & automation
The repeated work, done by software instead of by someone
- Anthropic
- Claude
- OpenAI
- n8n
- Python
- Node.js
Also Gemini, Llama, Mistral, Whisper and local models — and automation built directly into your system rather than bolted on through one vendor's product.
How a project actually runs.
Five steps, each with a visible output. You are never waiting on something you cannot see.

The first call is free, and you keep what comes out of it.
Twenty minutes, with the person who would do the work. You leave with a written plan and a fixed price for it — whether or not you ever come back.
- 20 minutes, and it ends at 20 minutes
- A written scope and one fixed price, sent afterwards
- No cost, no obligation, no follow-up sequence
See it before you pay
The first design of your main screen is done before any money moves. If it is not right, we stop there and you owe nothing.
Month to month, always
No annual contract on anything monthly. Cancel whenever you like and every account, file and login stays yours.
Not sure which of these you need?
Pick what is true about your business and the configurator shows the system I would build, with a timeline and a starting price.
